FAQ

What our inspectors find in Point Cook VIC: common questions

Where does this come from?

Our own Point Cook inspection reports between March 2025 and August 2026.

Why so many safety findings?

Partly what was inspected and partly what was there. Cut bracing, missing tie-downs and a loose balustrade are all classified as safety hazards rather than defects.

Does that mean Point Cook builders are worse?

No. It reflects the mix of jobs and stages inspected, and a high count at frame is a sign the stage was inspected properly.
